Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. In individual cases the remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins or at the time of the tour start by cash.

• We accept payments via bank transfer (Saudi bank), Revolut, PayPal (Family & Friends), and cash upon arrival (where applicable).

• Prices are listed in SAR (Saudi Riyals) and may be subject to change without prior notice.
  

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 2 days (48 hours) or more before the tour: Full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 2 days (48 hours) before the tour: 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 1 day (24 hours) before the tour or no-show: No refund.

• If we cancel a tour due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
  

3. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

• Each tour package includes services as listed on our website (transportation, accommodation, meals, etc.).

• Personal expenses (souvenirs, extra drinks, snacks) and optional activities are not included, unless stated otherwise.

• Flights, visas, and travel insurance are not included in our packages.
  

4. Health & Safety

• Guests must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or physical limitations.

• We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost belongings during the tour. Guests are advised to have travel insurance.
  

5. Changes to Itinerary

• We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Any additional costs due to requested itinerary changes by the guest will be charged separately.

6. Accommodation Policy

• Due to the limited capacity of accommodations in the Al Disah area, we reserve the right to change the accommodation if the originally booked hotel is fully booked or unavailable.

• If an alternative accommodation is required, we will ensure it is of equal value and offer it for the same price as agreed upon at the time of booking.

• We will inform guests in advance if any accommodation changes are necessary. Guests must agree to any proposed changes before the new arrangements are confirmed.
  

7. Liability & Responsibility

• We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, but we are not liable for any accidents, delays, or loss of personal items during the tour.

• Guests participate in tours at their own risk.
  

8. Photography & Marketing

• We may take photos during tours for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us in advance.
